Andrew Tedford, MBA, PMP®

Andrew is a motivated healthcare professional with over a decade of experience in administration, analytics, and project management. His career reflects a deep commitment to improving the quality and efficiency of healthcare delivery in Connecticut and beyond.

As System Innovation Manager at Connecticut's second largest employer and largest health system, Andrew leverages data analytics, Lean methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration to design and implement innovative solutions within the healthcare sector. He excels at collecting and interpreting complex healthcare data to identify emerging trends, uncover opportunities, and translate insights into actionable strategies that drive measurable impact. Partnering with product, engineering, clinical, and business teams, he guides the development and deployment of solutions that enhance patient outcomes, streamline operations, and foster sustainable growth.

Previously, Andrew served as Chair of a regional Water Treatment Plant that provided clean water to over 120,000 residents—an experience that strengthened his commitment to public health and community service. His dedication to civic engagement also led to his election to the Town Council, where he became one of the youngest members of the legislative body.

With over 10 years of people management and 11 years of project leadership, Andrew combines strategic insight with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. His goal is to harness data, technology, and collaboration to drive meaningful change in healthcare systems and the communities they serve.
